Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Nursing Associate/Registered Nurse to join our team in the General Outpatient Department. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality patient care, maintain clinical credibility, and disseminate knowledge to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, where you will have the chance to develop new skills, work across various specialties, and contribute to the delivery of excellent patient care. As a Nursing Associate/Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing patient care, coordinating shifts and staffing, and managing shifts in the absence of senior staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care, maintaining clinical credibility and disseminating knowledge
  • Work alongside the multidisciplinary team to deliver excellent patient care
  • Coordinate shifts and staffing to ensure efficient and effective care delivery
  • Manage shifts in the absence of senior staff, ensuring continuity of care
Person Specification

We are looking for a candidate with the following essential qualifications and experience:

  • Registered Nurse qualification
  • 12 months post-qualification experience in hospital or primary care

Desirable qualifications and experience include:

  • Mentorship qualification
  • Previous outpatient clinic experience
