About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced administrator to join our Quality and Governance Team at Spire St Anthony's Hospital in Sutton. The post holder is responsible for ensuring a focus on person-centred approach to complaint resolution, promoting patient involvement, and using feedback to improve practice and experience.

  • Foster a culture of quality and governance across the hospital.
  • Ensure effective management and maintenance of clinical records and documents.
  • Support policy and procedure development.
  • Assist in investigation and resolution of complaints and incidents.
Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills at all levels, good basic PC skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Previous administration experience is essential, as well as attention to detail.
