About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Receptionist. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet and greet patients, providing a warm and welcoming first impression
- Manage patient appointments, answer phone calls, and update patient records
- Coordinate care packages for patients, working closely with our clinicians to ensure seamless care
- Confidently promote and upsell Bupa Dental Care products and services, including plan options, finance, and insurance claims
- Provide excellent customer service, both face-to-face and via email
- Support the Practice Manager and clinical team to ensure the smooth running of the practice
- Handle payments and maintain patient confidentiality
Your Skills and Experience
- Ability to work positively and professionally in a fast-paced environment
- Previous administration or receptionist experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook, with excellent organizational skills
- Previous experience promoting company products and services
- Preferred experience in a dental setting
