We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team at Real Staffing. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for supporting the development of new and improved manufacturing processes, tooling, and concepts.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement new manufacturing processes and tooling to improve product quality and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Design and develop manufacturing documentation, including work instructions and process guides.
- Provide technical assistance and engineering support to the manufacturing floor to ensure production of quality products.
- Contribute to the development of risk management content, including FMEA and PFMEA.
- Either a Degree/HND in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a track record in a similar role.
- Manufacturing expertise in the medical sector or a related field.
- Ideal application of problem-solving and continuous improvement techniques, such as Lean and 6S.
- Product introduction and development experience.
- CAD modeling skills, including SolidWorks and Altium.
- Ability to work onsite and travel when required.
