Job Title: Head of Sales Team

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of 10 sales professionals, including the UK sales team and the export team in Germany. Key responsibilities include:
  • Creating individual KPIs for employees and ensuring their achievement through effective monitoring and feedback
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers
  • Identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to expand the customer base

A competitive salary is available, with the possibility of bonuses based on performance. The salary range is £70,000 - £90,000 depending on experience.
