To support the academic development of students with additional needs, we are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team at Ark Brunel Primary Academy.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be instrumental in supporting pupils with additional learning needs, their parents, and teachers to establish a supportive learning environment where children can thrive. You will be part of our mission to deliver an excellent education to all students regardless of their background.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide cover for whole classes under supervision as required
  • Support the teaching staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Work closely with parents and carers to promote the child's educational and personal development
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range £25,500 - £35,000 per annum, above the national pay scales. Our benefits package includes reduced gym membership and retail discounts. You will also have access to an Employee Assistance Programme, providing free, confidential counselling and legal advice.
