Job Summary:

  • This role involves providing exceptional service user-focused care, delivering high-quality, compassionate, and individualised care that prioritises the needs and preferences of each service user.
  • You will contribute to the development of new services and care pathways, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement new models of care.
  • A strong understanding of the Group Nursing Strategy is required, with the ability to support its local implementation and align ward practices with strategic objectives.
  • A commitment to continuous quality improvement is essential, including identifying areas for enhancement and implementing evidence-based practices.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Registered Nurse with an active NMC PIN and at least 12 months of post-qualification experience.
  • Relevant clinical experience in a similar or related field.
  • A positive attitude and a strong commitment to continuous improvement, quality enhancement, and adaptability to change.
  • The ability to adopt flexible and innovative approaches to clinical practice and problem-solving.
