We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Assistant General Manager at McDonald's. As a key member of our restaurant leadership team, you will be responsible for leading internal functions, including Employee Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Restaurant Operations: Directly support the General Manager to achieve restaurant performance and quality standards in three areas:
- Kitchen Operations: Supervise food quality, safety, cost, and new menu items.
- Team Management: A passion for helping and serving others (customers and fellow team members).
- Employee Development: Provide training and support to ensure employees have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
- Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, ordering, and storage to ensure efficient operations.
- Food Safety: Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and standards.
