**Role Overview**

At Richard Designs, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Sales Business Partner to join our team. As a Senior Sales Business Partner, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a sales role, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients at all levels. A strong understanding of the fashion industry and its trends would be an advantage.

We offer a competitive salary range of £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus commission. Additionally, you will receive a generous 7% pension contribution from the employer, product discounts, free on-site parking, tea, and coffee facilities, and full-time, permanent employment with 37.5 hours per week office-based.

This role involves frequent travel to meet clients, attend trade shows, and visit our showroom. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with our marketing team to develop sales strategies and campaigns.
