Job Overview

The Shift Supervisor Lead is responsible for managing store operations during peak periods, ensuring seamless customer experiences, and driving sales growth.

This role involves leading a team of shift supervisors, monitoring store performance, and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of shift supervisors to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Analyze sales data and implement strategies to drive growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain high levels of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new products and promotions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-years experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a retail or hospitality environment.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
