About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team in London, working on high-value developments up to £60 million in value. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for delivering projects that meet our clients' needs and expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and within budget.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including building consultancy, agency, development consultancy, and asset management.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A proven track record as a Project Manager in a consultancy or developer environment.
  • A professional qualification, such as MRICS, is highly desirable.
  • The ability to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary environment.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of around £80,000 per annum, plus a generous bonus structure and benefits package, including car allowance.
