  • Your responsibilities will include valuing and pricing projects up to £30m, collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely project delivery and budget adherence.
Essential Requirements

To excel in this position, you should have:

  • A degree in a relevant field, such as construction, engineering, or quantity surveying.
  • Extensive experience as a Quantity Surveyor, with a proven track record of managing high-value projects.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build lasting relationships with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard software applications, including Procore, Oracle, and Microsoft Office.
Annual Salary Range

The estimated annual salary for this role is between £70,000 - £90,000, dependent on your level of experience.
