SEN Tutor

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced SEN tutor to join our team at Teaching Personnel. As a SEN tutor, you will be working with children and young people who have special education needs, providing one-to-one support and developing resources to meet their individual needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Providing face-to-face support to children with SEMH
- Planning resources around the child's needs, including developing their learning in Maths and English through play
- Keeping the child engaged with tasks and ensuring they can access the learning
- Managing and implementing a range of behaviour strategies
- A dedicated consultant to discuss current or future roles with you
- Payment in-house, meaning no fees from umbrella companies
- Competitive hourly rate of £25-30 or above
- 13 weeks off per year
- Opportunities for further development in the form of CPD
