- Lead and manage a team of Catering Managers and Relief Chefs to ensure exceptional service quality and consistency.
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager to achieve profit and loss targets, contributing to the financial success of the business.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and staff members, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food development processes, and company policies.
- Develop and implement new ideas to drive improved satisfaction for customers, clients, teams, and stakeholders.
- Review performance and develop action plans to drive improved performance throughout the area of responsibility.
