Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Academic Leader to join our team and drive growth through strategic planning, data analysis, and innovative solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, 6+ years of experience in relevant disciplines, and a bias for experimentation and rapid testing of new ideas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement growth strategies to drive business expansion and revenue growth
  • Lead data-driven decision making through analysis of market trends, customer behavior, and business performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch and scale new products and services
  • Design and implement experiments to test new ideas and optimize business processes
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams
Requirements
  • Strong academic background and 6+ years of experience in relevant disciplines (including Strategy Consulting, Growth, Analytics)
  • Spanish speaking is a plus, as Latin America is a significant market for us
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Experience with data analysis and visualization tools, such as SQL and Excel
