Vetro Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and experienced Primary Teacher to work across Primary schools in and around Llantrisant. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and a commitment to delivering high-quality education to learners in Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a classroom of learners and deliver lessons in line with the national curriculum
  • Welcome learners at the start of the day and assist with their lunch where required
  • Prepare the classroom for lessons and plan work where necessary
  • Work with learners in small groups and one-to-one with children who require additional support
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of teaching experience (exceptions made for NQTs)
  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status or overseas equivalent
  • Registration as a Teacher with the EWC (the Education Workforce Council)
  • References covering the last two years
  • Hold a current Enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to obtain one
  • The right to work in the UK
