About the Position:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Level 3 Primary Teaching Assistant and make a difference in the lives of students.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with an experienced team and develop your skills and knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting teachers in the classroom
- Providing individualized support to students
- Developing and implementing learning plans
- Maintaining a safe and supportive learning environment
- Communicating effectively with teachers, students, and parents
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A minimum Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
- Experience working within Primary Schools
- Confidence with the Key Stage 1 & 2 curriculum
- The ability to think on your feet
- High expectations of learning and behavior
- Hold DBS on the update service
Compensation and Benefits:
We offer very good rates of pay and a referral bonus of up to £250 for recommendations of candidates suitable for any of the roles we are recruiting for.
