Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a dynamic team of nursery staff, offering guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure the best care for our little ones.
• Plan and execute age-appropriate activities that encourage learning and development for babies, making each day an adventure.
• Maintain a safe and stimulating environment for babies, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards while infusing the space with excitement and wonder.
• Build and nurture positive relationships with parents, providing regular communication about their child's progress and milestones, and fostering a strong sense of community.
• Conduct regular observations and assessments of each baby's development, ensuring they receive personalized attention and care that meets their unique needs.
• Collaborate with fellow nursery leaders and staff to ensure a cohesive and well-rounded childcare program that sparks joy and meets the developmental needs of every baby.
