Job Overview

This is an exceptional opportunity to join our client as a Regional Account Director. In this role, you will lead the development and execution of sales strategies to drive business growth and expand existing customer relationships.

You will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Leading a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and partners
  • Identifying market trends and competitor analysis

Your Experience

To succeed in this role, you will have 5+ years of experience in sales or business development leadership, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets. You must be commercially astute and possess excellent leadership and communication skills.

Compensation and Benefits

  • An attractive salary package (£70,000 - £90,000 per annum) including private medical care and life insurance

About the Role

This is a remote working opportunity based in the Midlands, with frequent travel across the UK and occasional international travel required.
