Mental Health Ward Supervisor

Are you a motivated and experienced nurse looking for a new challenge? Athona Ltd is seeking a Mental Health Ward Supervisor to join their team in a dynamic mental health secure and/or acute setting. As a key member of the ward team, you will be responsible for leading and supervising nursing staff, providing clinical supervision, and contributing to patient care planning.
About the Role- Salary: £43,000 - £46,000 per annum.
- Hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week.

To succeed in this role, you will need at least 3 years' post-registration experience in mental health, active NMC Registration, and evidence of Revalidation. You should also possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
