About the Role

We are currently recruiting for Support Practitioners to join our team in Conon Bridge.

This is a fantastic opportunity to support a young man transition into his own tenancy and become an integral part of our community-based service.

Responsibilities:
  • Social Support - We will work together with you to plan and attend outings to various leisure activities such as day centres, cinema, swimming etc.
  • Medical Support - You will be responsible for administering and monitoring medication.
  • Personal Care - We promote personal care which includes assistance with bathing, dressing, arranging visits with the dentist/doctor, incontinence care.
  • Practical Support - You will assist people to maintain their tenancy by encouraging daily household tasks such as general housework, laundry, ironing, cooking, shopping.

Our estimated salary range is £20,000-£25,000 depending on experience.
