About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare Support Worker to join our team at Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our patients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement care plans and care packages to service users experiencing severe mental illness and/or mental health problems.
  • Participate in the development, implementation, and maintenance of high-quality care through involvement in the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
  • Support the service user, their carers, and the wider professional team.
  • Actively promote a caring attitude at all times, treating patients/service users with dignity and respect.

Person Specification

  • Cavendish Care Certificate or willingness to work towards resourced by LPFT.
  • NVQ Level 2 in Care or equivalent.
  • NVQ level 3 in Promoting Independence or equivalent or working towards achievement.
