Job Title: Healthcare Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Support Worker to join our team at Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. As a Healthcare Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our patients, promoting their independence and well-being.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, where you will have the chance to develop your skills and experience in a variety of settings. As a Healthcare Support Worker, you will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centered care, supporting patients with mental health needs and promoting their physical and emotional well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement care plans and care packages to service users experiencing severe mental illness and/or mental health problems.
  • Participate in the development, implementation, and maintenance of high-quality care through involvement in the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
  • Support the service user, their carers, and the wider professional team.
Requirements
  • Cavendish Care Certificate or willingness to work towards it, resourced by LPFT.
  • NVQ Level 2 in Care or equivalent.
  • NVQ Level 3 in Promoting Independence or equivalent or working towards achievement.
  • Certificate in Community Mental Health ECDL.
