About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Content Marketing Specialist to join our team at Generate UK, a full-service digital marketing agency that empowers industry-leading B2B companies to generate growth online.

The successful candidate will support our Client Services team in the creation of all client content, with a focus on Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and content marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to requests from Client Services to update and create copy/content
  • Write blog posts, social media posts, and email copy in keeping with client brand tone of voice
  • Maintain in-house schedules to ensure all requests are kept up to date
  • Ensure content is optimized for SEO and best practices are implemented
  • Analyze SEO data and tools to ensure we're selecting emerging search trends
  • Sub-edit copy across all channels to ensure it meets brand tone of voice
  • Use internal CRM/CMS to manage and publish all content requests
  • Work with the Client Services Team to conceive, create, and deliver new creative campaign and editorial ideas to promote the portfolio of customers
Requirements
  • 2 years proven experience in content marketing, social media, or copywriting
  • Experience using a CMS (WordPress)
  • Able to write and edit quickly and accurately while adapting to brand tone of voice
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office software packages to a competent standard
  • Experience in working with SEO from a content perspective is highly desirable
  • Experience of using analytics programs (SEM Rush/GA4/SE Ranking/Ahrefs) is highly desirable
