About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Executive to join our Marketing Services division at Clarify. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service and results to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Lead Management: Assist in driving and managing integrated campaigns that create cut-through and deliver exceptional results for our clients.
  • Campaign Execution: Support the execution of campaigns across various channels, ensuring seamless delivery and exceptional client satisfaction.
  • Content Creation: Develop and create high-quality content in various formats, including social media, web pages, and advertisements, to engage and inform our clients.
  • Project Management: Create and maintain campaign and project trackers to ensure timely and budget-friendly delivery of projects.
  • Performance Improvement: Identify opportunities for improvement and suggest enhancements to optimize campaign performance without compromising quality or delivery.
  • Issue Escalation: Help identify, communicate, and escalate any issues that may arise during project execution.
  • Team Collaboration: Liaise with various teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Product Sourcing: Source and procure products and services required for campaign execution.
  • Account Mapping: Develop and maintain account contact maps to ensure effective communication and relationship-building with clients.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years' experience in a B2B marketing agency
  • Passionate and motivated with a drive to succeed
  • Able to multi-task and run multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced agency environment
  • Proactive and self-sufficient with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Able to think critically and make informed decisions
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
