About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Director Lead to join our team at Mobysoft. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, retention, and regional performance within your assigned region.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a proven track record of strategic account management, with significant experience managing complex accounts at the executive level. You will also need to have strong commercial acumen with experience driving revenue growth, retention, and client expansion in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Taking full ownership of driving revenue growth, retention, and overall performance within your assigned region
  • Creating and executing regional strategic plans that align with both Mobysoft's and the client's business objectives
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with senior stakeholders, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor
  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive strategic account plan for each client, focusing on ROI, long-term value creation and mutual success
  • Being directly responsible for hitting revenue targets, managing renewals, and ensuring continuous ARR growth
  • Identifying and driving new business opportunities within existing accounts to expand the company's footprint in your region
  • Using data insights to monitor account health, drive retention strategies, and demonstrate the value and ROI of Mobysoft solutions
