Customer Experience Representative

City Taxis is a leading private hire taxi company in the UK, renowned for its cutting-edge technology and commitment to customer satisfaction. We are seeking a highly skilled CX Team Member to join our team and contribute to our mission of providing exceptional service to our drivers and riders.
Job Summary:
The CX Team Member will be responsible for managing bookings, handling driver requests, and providing excellent customer service to drivers and riders. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage existing bookings and ensure they are fulfilled efficiently.
- Handle advanced bookings and check for any additional requests.
- Provide exceptional customer service to drivers and riders, ensuring a positive experience.
- Work with local schools and drivers to ensure safe travel for students.
- Support the call centre team in resolving driver and rider queries.
- Provide on-the-job training to call centre staff on company protocols and call handling.
- Monitor and coach call centre staff to ensure the best rider and driver experience.
- Guide drivers and riders through the lost property process.
- Work closely with account customers to ensure great customer service.
Requirements:

- Ability to multi-task.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
