Business Development Director

Troika Recruitment is seeking a skilled Commercial Manager to join our team. This role involves strategic commercial planning, financial management, client relationship building, contract negotiation, pricing strategy development, market research and analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and sales growth identification.
About the Role:
As a Commercial Manager, you will play a crucial part in shaping the commercial success of our client's business. Your primary responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing commercial strategies aligned with the company's objectives
- Monitoring budgets, forecasts, and financial performance to ensure targets are met
- Maintaining and strengthening client relationships to achieve high levels of satisfaction and repeat business
- Leading contract negotiations with clients and suppliers to secure favourable terms and compliance with company policies
- Developing and managing pricing strategies for various products and services to ensure competitiveness while maintaining profitability
- Conducting market analysis to stay informed of industry trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of commercial activities and alignment with overall business objectives
What We're Looking For:
A commercially savvy professional with a passion for data-driven decision-making, strong analytical skills, excellent communication and relationship-building abilities, and experience within the hospitality, wholesale, restaurant, or catering industry is desirable.
