**Job Title:** Medical Secretary

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Medical Secretary to join our team at Northumbria Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the management team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide efficient secretarial support services to the Senior Management Team.
  • Maintain complaints records in line with Governance requirements.
  • Enter data accurately into information systems and store formal meeting minutes.
  • Manage policies and SOPs across the organization.
  • Conduct surveys and audits within the organization.
  • Organize diaries, arrange meetings, and book venues as directed by the Senior Management Team.

Requirements:

  • Typing and word processing skills to an advanced level, including audio typing.
  • Knowledge of secretarial or administrative procedures and systems.
  • Familiarity with the Patient Administration System.

Salary:** £25,000 - £30,000 per annum

Location:** Healthcare Academy (Northumbria Primary Care, GP Practice)
