Estimator Job Opportunity

A well-established London-based building contractor is seeking an experienced Estimator to join their Pre-construction Team. The company specializes in build, refurbishment, and maintenance projects, with a focus on façade and re-cladding schemes.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of working with rival façade subcontractors in the UK and experience with façade systems, including curtain walling, light-weight steel framing, render, brick slips, and external wall insulation systems. They will be responsible for performing risk and value management, cost control, and allocating work to subcontractors.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate their ability to work to programmes and deadlines, be flexible to adapt to change, and have a keen eye for quality. Salary will be discussed on a case-by-case basis, and all reasonable travel expenses will be included. The company offers a comprehensive works package.

Key Responsibilities:
* Identifying, analysing, and developing responses to commercial risks
