Job Overview:
  As a seasoned EPC Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading complex infrastructure projects that shape the future of energy. You will manage high-profile projects across the UK, ensuring exceptional project delivery with a strong emphasis on safety, quality, and financial performance.

About the Role:
  EPC Substation Projects - Drive project milestones to ensure timely and safe delivery while maintaining a strong presence on-site throughout construction and commissioning.
  Act as the primary point of contact for tender preparation, providing crucial support and guidance.

Responsibilities:
  Ensure adherence to high safety standards, oversee site mobilization, and drive project milestones to ensure timely and safe delivery.
  Lead all aspects of project planning and execution, including managing critical project milestones and deadlines.
  Oversee engineering processes to align with project objectives and coordinate procurement to maintain timely delivery of materials and services.

About the Ideal Candidate:
  We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with extensive EPC experience, ideally involving Sub Stations with a focus on Electrical Transmission and Civil Construction.
  You should have demonstrated experience managing end-to-end project lifecycles, from tender through to handover.
  Strong financial acumen with budget and cost management experience is essential, along with a proven track record in on-time, within-budget project delivery.
  In-depth knowledge of Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC) processes and ability to manage engineering, procurement, and site delivery schedules are also required.
  Proven experience with health, safety, and environmental management, particularly with CDM regulations and site safety, is necessary.
  Skilled in stakeholder engagement and communication, with a history of successfully leading cross-functional teams, is expected.
  Proficiency in project management software, methodologies, and best practices, particularly for Electrical substations, is preferred.
  Risk mitigation and opportunity management expertise is also desirable.
  Ability to effectively navigate complex projects from inception to completion is essential.
  A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent is required, along with Project Management Certification (PMP) if possible.
