Part Time Bookkeeper

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bookkeeper to join our team at AJ Chambers. As a Part Time Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of our business, including recording day-to-day transactions, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the financial records of our business, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and VAT returns.
  • Prepare and submit quarterly Management Accounts and provide regular financial reports to the management team.
  • Assist with the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.
  • Develop and maintain financial systems and processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decision-making.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in bookkeeping and financial management, preferably in a SME environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Xero and other accounting software.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
