**Job Overview**:
To support the Examinations Officer in the efficient administration of the work of the Examinations Office, covering all aspects of the examinations process and related enquiries, and to assist in ensuring that all College examinations run smoothly in an organised and effective manner.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- To assist with the collection, processing and submission of examination entries and amendments to the Awarding Bodies
- To assist in the processing of examination timetables on the college database
- To ensure that the correct stationery and other resources are available for each examination session
- To maintain an accurate record of student attendance for examination sessions
- To assist with the checking off and despatch of examination scripts to examiners
- To record and maintain an accurate record of student achievement on the College database
- To assist in the collation and despatch of examination results and certificates
- To provide general administrative support
- To work with CPD to ensure invigilators are fully trained
- To liaise with invigilators to timetable bookings
- To process access arrangements given to exams by Learning Plus
- Any other duties compatible with the post held which may reasonably be required from time to time

**Job Requirements**:

- Administrative experience (Training can be provided)
- Experience of working with young people.
- Excellent communication Skills
- Ability to work in a busy environment
- Knowledge of Microsoft office and ability to adapt to new software
- Ability to prioritise their workload
- Have a team orientated ethos
