We're seeking a seasoned Technical Project Lead to spearhead our efforts in AI innovation at Techurls.

About the Role

As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing technical projects that drive business value and customer satisfaction. Your expertise will ensure seamless integration with established patterns, maintaining high coding standards, and fostering a DevOps culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop efficient, observable, and high-quality code to meet project requirements.
  • Lead the design and implementation of technical projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Manage code reviews to maintain coding standards and ensure best practices are followed.
  • Drive software development improvement initiatives within the team, promoting continuous learning and growth.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and emerging best practices.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Extensive experience in technical leadership or senior software development roles.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management practices.
  • 5+ years of professional software development experience, including cloud-based applications or platforms.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent technical experience.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
  • Familiarity with frameworks like Vue.js, Django Rest Framework, and container-based architectures.
  • Databases and DevOps tools, including CircleCI, GitHub Actions, Kubernetes, Celery, EventBridge, and DataDog.
