Social Care Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Social Care Worker to join our team at Argyll and Bute Health and Social Care Partnership.
About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity to work with adults over 65 who may have complex physical, mental health needs, and/or symptoms of dementia. As a Social Care Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting residents to maintain their independence, community links, and personal goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide person-centered care and support to residents, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
- Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Support residents to maintain their independence and engage in activities that promote their physical and mental health.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care.
- Participate in regular team meetings and supervision to ensure high-quality care and support.
- Experience of working in elderly care (advantageous but not essential).
- Ability to work well in a team and on your own.
- Positive and flexible outlook to your work.
- Ability to register with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC) and achieve necessary qualifications.
- Compliance with and meeting of the standards specific to this role.
