Venture Recruitment Partners is working with a manufacturing business in Poole to find an Assistant Finance Business Partner for a maternity cover. This is an exciting opportunity to join the business during a period of growth and gain exposure to multiple projects across different areas of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct revenue analysis and provide insights to support business decisions
  • Manage contract and project accounting, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting
  • Develop strong relationships with non-finance stakeholders, providing financial guidance and support
  • Collaborate with the Senior Finance Business Partner to project manage and drive business growth
  • Perform general analysis and provide recommendations to improve financial performance

Key Experience:

  • Strong Excel skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and create informative reports
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with non-finance stakeholders

This role operates a hybrid working system, with 1-2 days per week working from home. The salary for this position is £35-£40,000 per year.
