Project Engineer Opportunity at Siemens Healthineers

Siemens Healthineers is seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer to join our team in Oxfordshire. As a key member of our process engineering team, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing state-of-the-art equipment and driving high-value CAPEX projects that will shape the future of healthcare manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage capital investment projects from concept to completion, including specifying, justifying, and procuring equipment to enhance manufacturing capabilities.
  • Oversee installation, commissioning, and validation of new equipment, ensuring alignment with operational goals, safety standards, and production timelines.
  • Witness and validate factory acceptance tests (FAT) at supplier locations to ensure equipment meets technical specifications and quality standards.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, including design, operations, and quality teams, to ensure alignment on equipment requirements and project goals.
  • Manage supplier relationships for equipment specifications, technical requirements, and delivery timelines, ensuring adherence to quality and budgetary constraints.
  • Evaluate the success of new equipment and processes post-implementation, using metrics to ensure efficiency and identify further opportunities for improvement.
