Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Continuous Improvement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for driving manufacturing excellence and improving efficiency across our production processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Continuous Improvement Initiatives: Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product quality.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with production, technical, hygiene, and engineering teams to embed best practices and drive manufacturing excellence.
- Analyse Data and Drive Insights: Utilize data analysis skills to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and develop actionable insights to inform business decisions.
- Coach and Develop Team Members: Provide guidance and support to team members to help them develop their skills and knowledge, and to achieve their full potential.
Requirements
- Proven Track Record in Food Manufacturing: A minimum of 2 years' experience in a food manufacturing environment, with a strong understanding of production processes and quality control.
- Lean Six Sigma Certification: A Lean Six Sigma Belt or equivalent continuous improvement qualification is highly desirable.
- Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to collect and analyse data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights to inform business decisions.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and senior management, and to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams.
