About the Role:

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Continuous Improvement Coordinator to lead our efforts in driving manufacturing excellence. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for identifying areas of improvement, developing and implementing process improvements, and leading cross-functional teams to achieve our goals.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement process improvements to drive manufacturing excellence
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve our goals and objectives
  • Analyse data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with production, technical, and engineering teams to embed best practices
  • Coach and develop team members to improve their skills and knowledge

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven track record in food manufacturing with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Lean Six Sigma Belt or equivalent qualification
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
