About the Role

As a Retail Support Volunteer, you will be responsible for assisting our customers and staff in various ways, including operating the till, processing transactions, and restocking shelves. You will also have the opportunity to learn about our company's values and mission and contribute to making a positive impact in your community.

The ideal candidate will have a friendly and approachable demeanor, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. You will also have basic math skills and be able to handle cash and credit transactions.

Alex and Michele, our Managers at the North Walsham Road Retail shop, are committed to supporting their team members to succeed in their roles. They will provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to ensure that you have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in this position.

We estimate that the salary for this role would be around £8-10 per hour if it were a paid position, but as a volunteer, you will not receive payment. However, you will still have the opportunity to develop your skills, gain valuable work experience, and make a difference in your community.
