We are looking for a motivated Chef de Partie to join the esteemed culinary team at Hélne Darroze at The Connaught, a renowned three-Michelin star and 5AA-Rosette restaurant in the heart of Mayfair.

The Connaught embodies the perfect blend of tradition and contemporary flair, offering an exceptional dining experience, a bespoke service, and a unique atmosphere.

As a key member of the culinary team, you will work closely with the Sous and Junior Sous chefs, contributing to the day-to-day operation of the fine dining kitchen.

You will be passionate about working with the finest, freshest ingredients, delivering high-quality dishes and products, and taking an organised approach to your role.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with the Sous and Junior Sous chefs to ensure seamless kitchen operation
