Job Summary

We are seeking an ambitious and process-driven Supply Chain Coordinator with experience in managing an end-to-end FMCG supply chain process for our client's outbound operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end outbound retail/Grocery supply process from order through to delivery on-time-in-full (OTIF)
  • Coordinate both automated (Electronic Data Interchange, EDI) and manual order B2B processing for key retail customers
  • Oversee Inventory / Stock Management across a growing international supply chain
  • Provide accurate reporting & analytics on company-wide stock position
  • Manage suppliers & Freight forwarders to ensure optimum performance
  • 3PL warehouse / Logistics management - monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPI) / Performance levels
  • Responsible for supply data input, analysis, and management
  • Resolve supplier issues, price discrepancies, and ensure a positive working relationship
  • Stock replenishment, management, and reconciliation

Requirements

  • 2 years + Supply Chain experience within the FMCG / Retail sector
  • Experience of managing a supply chain process from order through to delivery
  • Passionate stock / inventory professional with strong analytical skills
  • Familiar with EDI platform for the setup of new product and customers
  • Experience of managing 3PL & Logistics providers
  • Experience of working autonomously and able to meet and exceed targets
  • Experience of supplier performance management, cost management, and reporting
  • Superb communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Hugely proactive individual, able to think outside the box under pressure
  • Excellent number cruncher and solid experience with Excel & Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
