About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Audio Director to join our team at Association of Independent Music Limited. As a key member of our music label, you will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating digital and physical music releases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and facilitate digital and physical music releases, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to campaign timelines.
  • Work closely with our physical and digital distribution teams to generate sales notes and pitch documents.
  • Liaise with designers and mastering engineers to create digital masters and manufacturers to create physical LPs and CDs.
  • Coordinate promotion and marketing schedules domestically and internationally.
  • Work closely with artists and managers to help realize their creative vision, coordinating all audio and visual aspects of a campaign.
  • Run regular campaign updates and keep all team members aware of significant promotion, live, and marketing developments.
  • Work to budget, delivering all aspects of a campaign within budget.
  • Look for innovative ways to market and promote our artists and releases.
  • Work with our D2C manager to deliver all aspects of D2C releases and fan CRM.
  • Perform other duties as necessary to support the running of our music label and drive sales and awareness of our artists and releases.

Requirements:

  • Passion for music and a strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
  • Positive approach to problem-solving and willingness to work as part of a team.
  • Social media management and asset creation abilities.
  • Interest in and awareness of our label's roster.
