Role Overview

As an Inclusive Education Professional with Opogo, you will play a vital role in supporting students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). You will work closely with partner schools to develop and deliver tailored education plans that meet the unique needs of each student.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement individualized lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of students with SEND.
  • Collaborate with teaching assistants and other support staff to ensure a seamless learning experience.
  • Maintain effective communication with parents and caregivers to keep them informed about student progress.
  • Work closely with external agencies and professionals to access additional support services for students.
  • Contribute to creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters social, emotional, and academic growth.
