About the Role:

  • Oversee the software development life cycle, applying agile methodologies to drive continuous delivery and improve team performance
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, ensuring timely communication and issue resolution
  • Lead and facilitate workshops to drive business outcomes and enhance collaborative working
  • Line manage an Associate Project Manager, providing coaching and mentoring to support their growth and development
  • Contribute to the development of our Project and Programme Management community, sharing expertise and best practices to drive excellence

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in agile project management, with a strong track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships
  • Strong technical skills, with experience of agile methodologies, software development life cycles, and team resource planning
  • Ability to coach and mentor others, with a passion for developing talent and driving growth and development
