We are currently seeking a skilled Sales and Service Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting our sales activities and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate sales activities, including collating worksheets and raising sales invoices
- Manage service contracts, including liaising with customers and handling invoice queries
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including monitoring the accounts inbox and assisting the credit controller
- Work closely with the Business Analyst to ensure accurate and timely contract information and job reporting
We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $48,000 - $50,000 per annum (approximately £36,000 - £38,000), plus benefits such as pension and additional perks.
