About the Role

ABMI, a leading engineering consulting firm, is seeking a highly skilled Fluid Systems Engineer to join our team in Bristol. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise across various projects, including the HPC Nuclear New Building Project.

Key Responsibilities
  • Produce, review, and update system documentation for mechanical and thermohydraulic design, operator instructions, human machine interface, safety, and environmental control logic design.
  • Perform analysis and verification of input data, requirements, and lessons learned from other stations.
  • Engage with stakeholders to ensure the delivery of a product meeting requirements set by all disciplines.
  • Manage requests for modification to systems issued by external parties.
  • Develop technical solutions and present them to clients to resolve technical issues.
Requirements
  • Mechanical or Chemical Engineering degree or equivalent qualification.
  • ~3-5 years' experience of process engineering.
  • ~Relevant experience in the nuclear industry.
  • Ability to effectively manage own workload and produce high-quality documents.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and accurately in English.
