About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Claims Resolution Specialist to join our team at Reed. As a Claims Resolution Specialist, you will be responsible for investigating, negotiating, and agreeing settlement of claims in a professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Claims Investigation and Negotiation: Investigate claims, negotiate with insured, insurers/brokers, and stakeholders to achieve a professional and timely conclusion of claims.
  • Liaison and Communication: Liaise with stakeholders overseas, ensuring effective communication and collaboration to resolve claims efficiently.
  • Reporting and Compliance: Produce reports in compliance with professional standards and internal guidelines, adhering to agreed timescales.
  • Time Reporting and Billing: Ensure time reporting and billing are compliant with internal standards, processing, and systems.
  • Invoice Accuracy and Timeliness: Ensure invoices raised are accurate and timely, reflecting the work completed.
  • Collaboration with McLarens Adjusters: Liaise closely with McLarens Adjusters where appropriate, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective claim resolution.
  • Client Review Meetings: Attend client review meetings, providing updates and ensuring client satisfaction.
About You

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Claims Resolution Specialist who can demonstrate:

  • Knowledge and Experience: Ideally, you will have gained experience in the real estate/commercial property loss adjusting sectors, showcasing a focus on quality, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Negotiation and Problem-Solving: You will have proven capability in negotiation, decision making, and problem-solving skills, coupled with strong stakeholder management.
  • Relationship Development: An ability to develop strong relationships both internally and externally is imperative.
