About the Role:- Provide person-centered care and support to individuals with learning disabilities, promoting their independence and well-being.
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
- Support individuals to engage in activities and hobbies that promote their physical and mental health.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans that meet the individual's needs.
- Monitor and record individual's progress, reporting any concerns or changes to the care team.
- At least 6 months experience of working in a social care setting.
- Hold a current Enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to obtain one.
- The right to work in the UK.
- Full UK driving license.
- Competitive hourly rate.
