Compensation Package: We offer an attractive compensation package, including a starting salary of £34,000 gross per annum, dependent on skills and experience. The full-year target bonus for this position is 7% of base salary. Responsibilities: Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Carrying out accurate testing on polymer materials in accordance with work instructions, international standards, and safe working practices.
  • Accurate recording of parameters, test results, and observations.
  • Professionally and promptly completing administration/documentation requirements.
  • Ensuring appropriate handling and storage of materials.
  • Organizing appropriate retention and control of test material evidence.
  • Supporting technical development projects and customer complaints.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Over 2 years' experience in a laboratory-based role.
  • Hands-on experience with mechanical processing machinery/tools.
  • Experience in a polymer-related field (particularly in physical testing) is desirable.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, written and verbally.
  • Physically capable of running machinery, lifting, climbing steps.
